By accessing and using End Research, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our platform. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and your continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any changes.

User Conduct

You agree to use End Research only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not use our platform in any way that could damage, disable, or impair our services, or interfere with any other party's use of the platform. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

Paid Services and Subscriptions

Prices, billing intervals, access periods and any purchase-specific conditions are presented before you pay. Those conditions form part of your agreement with End Research. Individual and organization purchases may have different arrangements.

If you choose a subscription with automatic renewal, you authorize our payment provider to store and reuse your payment method for recurring charges until you cancel. For annual renewals, we will notify you of the exact amount and billing date at least fourteen days before charging.

Cancellation and Billing

You can manage automatic renewal and payment details in Account. Canceling automatic renewal preserves access you have already paid for.

Intellectual Property

All content, research, analysis, and materials provided through End Research are protected by intellectual property laws and remain the property of End Research. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without explicit written permission.

Limitation of Liability

End Research provides research and analysis for informational purposes only. We make no guarantees about the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of our content. You use our services at your own risk, and we shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use of the platform or reliance on our research.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to End Research at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason at our sole discretion.
