When you create an account, we collect your email address and any name or profile information you provide or share through Google authentication. We also keep records of purchases, payment status, renewal consent, service requests and support correspondence needed to provide our services.

How We Use Your Information

We use your information to maintain your account, deliver research, process payments, manage subscriptions and respond to requests. We send essential account and service messages separately from optional marketing. We do not sell, trade or rent your personal information.

Service Providers

We use service providers to operate the platform. Supabase provides authentication and data storage. Stripe processes payments and stores payment methods you authorize for future charges; End Research does not receive or store full card details. Resend delivers transactional emails using your email address and the account or billing information relevant to the message.

Data Protection and Retention

We use technical and organizational measures designed to protect personal information and limit access to those who need it to provide our services.

We retain information for as long as needed to provide our services, handle support and disputes, and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations. Some purchase and financial records may need to be retained after an account is closed.

Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us. We handle requests in accordance with applicable law, including any obligations to retain certain records. You may opt out of marketing communications; essential account and service messages may still be sent.
