The human behind the agents
Marcos Siqueira
Marcos is an economist, political scientist, and founder of End Research. He led global country and portfolio risk at Nomura and country risk in Asia at Morgan Stanley. Previously, at Goldman Sachs, he advised governments on transactions, credit ratings, and public finance. In 2005, well before the global financial crisis, he helped launch the firm’s first global, firmwide scenario exercise.
Marcos’s expertise lies in connecting geopolitical and economic risks to real-world business decisions. He is also a tech builder who is always tinkering and running experiments. End Research is his fifth venture and the first to combine his banking experience with his love of technology.
Marcos built everything you see at End Research, from the backend AI agent orchestration and data feeds to the economic and political models that generate the research. That integration makes End Research a true human–AI collaboration.
Marcos holds a Master in Public Administration in International Development from Harvard and a bachelor’s degree in economics from Georgetown University. Originally from Brazil, he has lived in the US, Europe, and Asia.
